George Tarnopolsky is the founder and principal of GT Programmatic Consulting. An ad tech industry native, George has spent 19+ years helping startups and established companies launch great products, build distributed teams, and support multi-million dollar growth. George’s experience spans the entire Pre- and Post-Sales spectrum, from Sales Engineering and Implementation through to Account Management and Ad Operations. In addition, George’s experience is broad from an industry landscape perspective--with successful stints at agencies (Razorfish, Merkle); ad servers (AdKnowledge, Mediaplex, Atlas, Google DCM); and DSPs (Google DBM, AppNexus, Adelphic). George is an accomplished team builder and leader--and someone who excels not only as a business manager, but also as a technical expert, coach, and escalation point for customers and teams alike.  

Most recently, George served as Vice President of Programmatic Client Solutions at Adelphic DSP, overseeing the expansion of the company’s client roster and adoption of its products in the marketplace--through to its acquisition by Viant, a Meredith company, in February 2017.

GT Programmatic Consulting was born out of George’s deep knowledge of business processes and ad tech products, a passion for writing and presenting, and a desire to mentor, coach, and advise a broad cross-section of the industry.
